Our First Home Gets Interviewed!

February 2, 2010

KUOW reporter Deborah Wang recently visited our West Seattle site to interview Sam and Aaron about G2B Homes.  She was intrigued by the notion of finding distressed real estate and turning it “green” in a responsible, profitable manner in this bumpy market.  Sam was able to very nicely describe the physical condition of the house (we call it The Sequoia House for its 100-foot tree in the back yard), and Aaron talked about how the G2B Homes philosophy is to take in-city homes and recycle them, instead of tearing down – ultimately a very green move.  We can create a high-quality, energy efficient home using smart methods and materials that will look great when finished.  You can see how it looked when we bought it, how it looks today, and stay tuned for the reveal when it’s been completed!
